Buying a ticket at the ticket sales office
- Ticket reservation is not possible.
- It is necessary to buy a ticket in order to ensure a place onboard for the desired travel date and time.
- It is possible to buy a ticket at the ticket sales office 30-60 minutes before departure time (depending on office opening hours), but it can be purchased a day or a few days before departure.
- IMPORTANT! The ticket is valid only for the travel date and hour indicated on the ticket.
- When buying a ticket in advance, it is necessary to pay attention to the return conditions in case of cancelling the voyage (after the departure date and time indicated on the ticket, it is not possible to make a refund).
- Seats on board are not numbered; a purchased ticket ensures travelling on the chosen date and time, and after boarding, the passenger has free choice of the seat.

Buying tickets online
- Ticket reservation is not possible.
- It is necessary to a buy ticket in order to ensure a place onboard for the desired travel date and time.
- IMPORTANT! The ticket is valid only for the travel date and hour indicated on the ticket.
- Before finalizing an online purchase, it is necessary to pay attention to the return conditions in case of cancelling the trip or change of travel date for online tickets (request for a travel date change must be sent at least 24 hours before the trip a request for cancelling the ticket must be sent at least 24 hours before the trip, and thepossible refund is 50% of the full price).
- Online payment is conducted by Corvus Pay provider, and accepted debit/credit cards are: Mastercard, Maestro and Visa.
- Possible reasons for unsuccessful online purchase or declined payment are:
- Insufficient funds
- 3D security password entered incorrectly (while making 3D secure identity check on buyer’s bank site)
- Incorrectly entered card number
- Incorrectly entered CVV number
- Card limitations
- In case you are repeatedly having problems with completing online purchases, you should contact your bank/card issuer or buy a ticket at one of our ticket sales offices.
- After a successful online purchase, the buyer will receive the tickets to the previously entered email address.
- It is not necessary to print the tickets; they can be presented on passenger’s mobile device screen while boarding.
- Tickets that are not printed must be prepared on the mobile device screen in advance to avoid rush and delay during the boarding.

- Card payment must be requested in advance, before issuing the invoice and tickets.
- ONLINE purchase is possible with debit/credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro and Visa.
- Possible payment method onboard (for bike, pets or cargo transport) is cash only (in euros).
Discounts
On state ship lines 405 Zadar-Iž-Rava and 406 Zadar-Sali-Zaglav-Zadar (boat Anamarija):
- Children aged 0-3 travel free of charge (tickets must be requested at the point of sale)
- Children aged 3-12 receive a discount; the ticket price throughout the year is:
-for Sali and Zaglav €1.73
-for Iž €1.59
-for Rava €1.73.
- Disabled persons on ship and fast ship lines are entitled to a 75% discount on the full ticket price and a free ticket for an accompanying person, 4 times a year, upon presentation of a European Disability Card and if this right was granted when the disability card was issued.
- If the user is not granted a discount on ship and fast ship lines, this means that they do not exercise this right; the user can check their rights by reviewing the decision they received with the card.
- Island ID holders receive a discount based on the category they belong to, upon presentation of the ID
- Public services receive a discount based on the category they belong to, upon presentation of the Island ID issued to the public service
- Discount for groups on state lines is not possible
On state boat line 614 Orebić-Korčula:
- Children aged 0-3 travel free of charge (ticket must be requested at the point of sale)
- Children aged 3-12 receive a discount; the ticket price throughout the year is €1.50

Bicycle transport
- For bicycle transport, payment is required onboard (payment method: cash only; Euro).
- The price for bicycle transport from Zadar to Sali or Zaglav (Dugi otok), and to the island Iž and Rava is 3,32 € (in one direction).
Pets transport
- All our ships are „pet friendly“ and it is possible to take pets onboard.
- It is not allowed to keep pets (dogs) on the passenger seats.
- On ship lines from Zadar to Sali and Zaglav (Dugi otok), and to islands Iž and Rava, pet transport is free of charge.
Cargo transport
- Cargo transport is possible on the ship Anamarija, which operates on lines: 405 Zadar-Iž-Rava and 406 Zadar-Sali-Zaglav-Zadar.

- Payment is required on the ship after boarding (payment method: cash only; Euro).
- The shipowner and ship crews are not responsible for lost luggage, cargo and shipments left unattended!
Luggage
- Luggage included in ticket price: hand luggage in the passenger lounge and 1 suitcase up to 20 kg in the luggage compartment.
- Baby strollers are free of charge.
Boarding
- Boarding locations in all our ports/destinations: check here.
- Boarding time is 30 minutes before departure time (except in intermediate ports, where boarding starts right after disembarkation).
- It is necessary to have a ticket prepared and show it to the crew while boarding.
- In case of bicycle or cargo transport, payment will be made by a crew member after boarding (payment method: cash only; euros).
- Seats on board are not numbered. After boarding, the passenger has free choice of the seat.
During the voyage
- Free WIFI is available on all our ships, the password will be provided by the crew upon request.
- Fast ship Antonija is equipped with a bar offering coffee, drinks, ice cream, croissant, sandwich, snacks.
- Ship Anamarija is equipped with a bar offering coffee, drinks and ice cream.
Refund policy in case of cancelling the ticket
- The ticket is valid only for the travel date and hour indicated on the ticket!
- In case of cancelling the ticket or change of date/time of departure, a request must be sent to info@gv-zadar.hr at least 24 hours before departure time. In case of cancelling the ticket it is possible to get a refund of 50% of the full price, and the refund is made to the card the buyer used for purchase or bank account.
Cancellation or delay of the voyage by G&V LINE IADERA
- All our ships are subject to weather conditions and force majeure events. Therefore, cancellation or delay of the voyage by the shipowner G&V Line Iadera, is possible in such cases.
- In case of cancellation or delay of the voyage, it will be announced at least 30-60 minutes before departure time on the website www.gv-zadar.com.
- Passengers with tickets purchased in advance, in this case have the right for a full refund or change of the travel date, which can be requested at info@gv-zadar.hr.
Parking in ports of departure
ZADAR
- Departure location for all our ships in Zadar is Liburnska obala (city center – old town). Check location
- Near the ship departure location, there are public parking spaces available (charged by the hour).
