There are 4 easy steps to make:

  1. Choose your starting point and your destination, date and time of your journey and number of passengers
  2. Confirm your choice and enter your e-mail to receive your online ticket and a receipt
  3. Place your payment via Payment gateway from CorvusPay
  4. At your e-mail address you will receive the receipt and the tickets which you then need to print out and have in your possession when boarding

This electronic ticket is free of delivery charges.

If the buyer does not receive the invoice and the tickets to his/her e-mail address at the expected time, the buyer should inform the seller via e-mail at for subsequent delivery of the tickets to the electronic e-mail address of the buyer.

Ticket is valid only for travel date and time indicated on the ticket!

Currency conversion

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

All complaints and the right to returns shall be exercised in accordance with the Regulation on the Rights of Passengers in Maritime and Inland Navigation.

Full refund of the ticket value is granted only in case of departure delay of the journey for which the tickets have been purchased. The delay can be caused by technical problems on the ship or by poor weather conditions. If there are grounds for a refund, the money will be transferred back to the original payment account within 30 days.

Change of travel date on purchased ticket is possible only if the request is sent to, at least 48 hours before departure date and time indicated on the ticket which customer requires to change.

Requests made after that time will not be granted.

In case customer decides to cancell the journey, ticket can be cancelled with a 50% fee deduction on the full ticket price, only if the request is sent to, at least 48 hours before departure date and time indicated on the ticket which customer requires to cancell. Requests made after that time will not be granted.

Refund procedure

  1. Contact your seller by sending an e-mail at with following information: name and surname of the buyer, invoice number, order number, direction, date and time of departure and the phone contact.
  2. The seller will contact you related to your problem within 3 working days.
  3. Should the refund grounds prove valid, money will be transferred to your card  account. This could take up to one month.

Jurisdiction of the court

If the customer is dissatisfied with the decision of the reclamation procedure by, he has the right to a judicial arbitration and the case shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zadar.
